Seeking Advice from my Fantabulous Followers

Okay, you guys. I really really would like to do a giveaway when I reach 100 followers. I am flattered and flabbergasted at the same time that I'm nearly there! :)  But, being that I'm still new to all this, I don't really know *how* to go about doing it. Aside from wanting it to defintely be random... I have no clue what I'm doing. lol

So, I'm asking for advice from my fantabulous followers. How do I do it? What do I need to know before I do it? Any restrictions I should be aware of?

Let me know what you think... or whatever advice you have as well. I really appreciate it in advance. :)

Smiles,
B

  1. Heya Brandy and congratz on getting 100 followers! :D The most popular giveaway method is using Rafflecopter at www.rafflecopter.com. All you need to do is make an account and set up all the different things you want someone to do in order to gain entries. Then you copy and paste the code into your post using the HTML side instead of the compose side. Once the giveaway is finished, go back to Rafflecopter and it should give you the option to pick a winner randomly. A example of restrictions can be found here. Good luck! :D And if you have any questions feel free to email me.

  2. Congrats! almost at a 100! I too would use Rafflecopter. super easty and step by step, then when the contest window closes you can have it choose one winner at random. - Katie @ Inkk

  3. Congratulations on being only 2 followers away from 100 already! I agree with Daphne and InkkReviews, Raffelcopter is really awesome, and it helps you pick a winner at random. You can also decide what you want people to do in order for them to enter, follow you by GFC (including the name they used to follow you), follow you on Tiwtter, add you on Goodreads, like your page on Facebook, tweet about the giveaway (including the URL of their tweet) etc.

Good luck! I hope you'l also have fun while preparing your first giveaway!
