Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week they provide a Top Ten topic for you to create your list, then you share it on their post so others can find you. :)
♥ Top Ten Favorite Books I Read Before I Was Blogger ♥
In no real order, here are books I loved prior to my blog. Some of these are not that far back; my blog only started last September. ;) I tried to delve back a bit, though. Tried being the key word. Didn't work out so well. And, I didn't stop at 10. And, I could have added more. But I stopped. :)
What about you? What books did you love before blogging? If you're not a blogger, what books did you just love? ;)
Smiles,

Love you list! I loved the Time Traveler's Wife. The Lovely Bones is so good too.

Lots of good books on this list! I read the Time Traveler's Wife and The Hunger Games, and meant to read The Scorpio Races, but I put it down and never went back.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my TTT Brandy!

Thanks for coming by mine as well. :)
DeleteI do hope some day you will pick The Scorpio Races back up; I loved it so much.

I love Sarah Dessen's and E. Lockhart's books! :) My TTT list: http://aliceinreaderland.com/2013/04/08/beforeblogging/

They are really good, aren't they?
DeleteThanks for coming by!
The Disreputable History of Frankie Landau-Banks is one of my favourite contemporaries, another one being Just Listen :) I just love how girl-powered DH is and how it touches on cool sociology stuff like the panopticon.
ReplyDeleteI agree completely! I think that's mostly why I loved it as much as I did. :)
DeleteYay for HP! I'm a massive fan of Jodi Picoult, but I haven't read the two books by her on your list. They both sound brilliant though, especially Second Glance. I love The Time Travelers Wife & The Hunger Games too! :)
ReplyDeleteVanishing Acts was the first I ever read by Jodi Picoult so it will always hold a special place in my heart as she is one of my favorites of all time. But I think Second Glance is probably my favorite out of all.
DeleteThanks for visiting!
I forgot to put The Lovely Bones! That was such a great book!

It was heartbreaking yet wonderful! :)
DeleteI read The Scorpio Races not long ago, and I loved it. Great list! HP is on my list too!

I think HP has made lots of lists. That just goes to show how awesome it is. :) It's great to hear you loved The Scorpio Races... I always get sad when someone says they didn't enjoy it (I know it's okay not like the same things, but I get sad nonetheless... lol).
DeleteThanks for visiting!
So many great books on this list. Hunger Games, TFiOS, Harry Potter, Thirteen Reasons Why... I love all of those books. Great list!

Thanks!
DeleteGreat list! I also included a book from HP and HG! I also read Scorpio Races, Lovely Bones, and Time Traveler's Wife before blogging, but didn't think of them!

I've run across the same problem - not thinking of certain books until I see someone else has them listed. But, that's part of what I love about these lists. :)
DeleteThanks for visiting!
I really need to get to 13 Reasons Why at some point! Love your list. Looks a little like mine would ;) I'd add A Wrinkle in Time & To Kill a Mockingbird. Off the top of my head ... ?
ReplyDeleteYou do! ;) Oooh... A Wrinkle in Time... good addition. And, sadly, I have yet to read To Kill a Mockingbird. (And I nearly typed Mockinjay out of habit... lol)
DeleteMy phone autocorrects it to mockingjay every time!
DeleteWow so many fantastic books :D

Have a great week!
