Maybe I'll try that to get back in the swing of things. I was able to write out some thoughts on the book I read that I didn't much care for, so maybe it's a start? We shall see.

Thanks so much! :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17017636623697049877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2567803010423462384.post-45737517020118192602013-09-03T09:44:38.684-04:002013-09-03T09:44:38.684-04:00Thanks! Frustrating.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17017636623697049877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2567803010423462384.post-71646110108012888572013-08-30T16:11:14.868-04:002013-08-30T16:11:14.868-04:00Usually I just write out what I'm thinking... ...Usually I just write out what I'm thinking... even if it is in gibberish and has nothing to do with my review. Eventually, I get some thoughts on paper and when I am feeling more into it, I can form my thoughts into legit points of a review, rather than just some rambling.
If you look at my reviews though, you'll notice I have an easier time writing reviews because I do mine in like/don't like bullet points, then form those thoughts into sentences below it, so I don't try to sound like I know what I'm talking about and analyzing. I really just say what I liked.

GOOD LUCK and WELCOME BACK! :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00594606021879916407noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2567803010423462384.post-13483856727391230502013-08-30T12:14:48.741-04:002013-08-30T12:14:48.741-04:00I totally get what you're saying. At the begin...I totally get what you're saying. At the beginning of the year, I tried to promise to review every book I read. I figured I'd read a book or two a week but I was wrong. I don't review immediately after finishing because I'm rarely able to sit down and dedicate the time immediately. That means at the end of the week I've read six books and have written no reviews. The pattern continues and now I have about 30 books I haven't reviewed and I'm reading about 6-10 a week. It's nearly impossible to catch up. I also don't want to be reviewing 2013 books this time next year (I post four reviews a week).

I had about a month of reviews stacked up and I went through them without writing a word. It's frustrating because I love to read but I struggle to put my feelings into words sometimes. Thankfully I can always manage to write a DNF review because I'm usually mad.

So...I get it.tsukikomewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11587559717033093542noreply@blogger.com
